Explore Belonging

Explore Belonging is a one-session class for people who are interested in membership with Messiah New Hope. At the end of this session, everyone has the opportunity to decide whether pursuing membership with Messiah New Hope is right for them.  These participants then take part in Begin Belonging.

          Begin Belonging

Begin Belonging is a one-session class for those who have come to Explore Belonging, and now wish to become members of the congregation.

At this session, participants complete a Spiritual Gifts inventory, learn more about the practices of the congregation, and provide new member information for our records and publications. They are then ready to be received as new members.

    Reception of New Members

New member reception for those who have completed Explore Belonging and Begin Belonging will be held at the 10:30 a.m. worship service on the dates scheduled.
