Nursery Care:  Nursery Care attendants take care of the youngest members of our church.  All ages 6th grade and up are encouraged to volunteer.  An adult will accompany young attendants.

BASIC DUTIES, GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS

No children older than age 4 are allowed in childcare. This is for the safety of all children, especially considering that infants and toddlers are in the same room already. We value the presence of children in worship, and we offer Sunday School for children age three (by Sept. 1) and up.

Parents of children in diapers must leave diaper supplies with the childcare provider, along with any special instructions. Dirty diapers should be bagged and placed in the child's diaper bag for the parent to dispose of; please inform the parent, if this is necessary!

Children should remain in the nursery during the worship hour, until they are picked up at the conclusion of the worship service. If a child cannot remain in the nursery, the parent should be contacted in the worship service to take charge of the child.

If the changing table is used, please disinfect it. (Disinfectant should be left out on the counter).

Please collect toys and return them to their original place, or set them aside in an orderly manner.

Turn out lights and close windows.

The volume switch for the worship service is the black knob located next to the phone in the nursery. It should be set at about #3.

A confirmation student may be present to assist you. If you are not busy, she or he may be dismissed to attend worship or go to listen to the sermon and take notes for Confirmation. This is at your discretion.
